Fishing For Children and Beginners

Description

These attractive smaller lochs have started many fishermen onto a life long hobby. The lochs are stocked regularly – daily at busy times, with smaller rainbow and sometimes blue trout for bait fishing. No need to book our friendly staff will do all they can to help – just come and get hooked.

Introductory fly casting and bait fishing lessons are given on this loch (lessons must be booked in advance).

You can choose from:

Let’s go Fishing for Children (16 years and under) & Beginners includes rod, bait and landing net. Our introductory fishing experience gives you everything you need to go fishing. Our friendly staff will do their best to help but please note this is not a lesson, lessons can be booked through the fishery.

Bait fishing with own rod – 16 years and under only

Extra trout can be bought for £3.50 lb.

Bait fishing with own rod –1 hour 1 trout £10, 2 hours, 2 trout £18

Our fishery team will give you advice and as much guidance as they can but please be aware this is not a bait fishing lesson – lessons can be booked through the fishery if you wish.
