Discover Rothiemurchus by Land Rover

WITH ENTERTAINING RANGERS, SEE BEHIND THE SCENES AT THIS STUNNING FAMILY RUN ESTATE.

Description

A fascinating exploration into the history, people and work of Rothiemurchus. Driven and guided by a friendly Rothiemurchus Ranger you will visit Highland cattle at the Dell Farm, marvel at the splendour of the ancient Caledonian Pine Forest, be captivated by the tranquility of Loch an Eilein, and blown away by the mountain views at Tullochgrue. You will see the grand buildings of The Doune house, and also have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the red deer hinds at the Deer Farm – who you can feed by hand. You will be given a pair of binoculars and a warm Rothiemurchus Tartan blanket to use during the tour and you’ll also be treated to tea/coffee & biscuits.

Participants should wear suitable outdoor clothing as the tour includes some opportunities to get out of the vehicle if you wish. Maximum 6 people on the tour.
