Our Ranger team are kept busy managing the extreme fire risk while the Farm staff make the most of the dry weather and get to work with silage making.  A patient photographer captures this colourful Kingfisher from our hide while waiting for the Osprey’s.

It's usually Osprey's that people come to photograph but they aren't the only expert fishers in town! This lovely wee Kingfisher showed the bigger birds how it's done this morning with their catch of Minnow.

The first of our Autumn Highland calves arrives at the start of the month quickly followed by others.  The temperature starts to drop as the Autumnal colours start to appear.
