Our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any activity that is available to book on our website. Your vouchers will be valid for 365 days and can be emailed direct to the lucky recipient on a date of your choice.
(Please note this Gift Voucher must be redeemed online and is not valid for use in the Farm Shop or The Barn).

Our gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
Our gift vouchers can be redeemed against any activity that can be booked online on our website - www.rothiemurchus.net
These gift vouchers are NOT valid for use in the Farm Shop, The Barn, Self Catering properties or the Camp and Caravan Park.
If any product or service purchased with a Gift Voucher is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be added to the balance of the Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned, refunded nor can any change be given for monies not used.
Rothiemurchus reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, and damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
Rothiemurchus reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary
(e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Voucher service, notify of the service's withdrawal, or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
Separate terms and conditions apply to activity bookings which will be given at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers cannot be extended
No change is given with gift vouchers, nor can the voucher be exchanged for cash.
