THE IDEAL FAMILY RIDE TO LEARN THE BASICS
The Beginners Pony Ride at Rothiemurchus is an activity that all the family can enjoy in a friendly environment.
Age restrictions apply. For further information please scroll down for Description, Need to Know and Rates & Dates.
This is an ideal family ride, where you can learn the basics of riding in a friendly environment and understand the ‘Highland’ pony as a breed, its uses and the characters at our stables.
This ride is ideal for both adults and children of 8 years and over who have little or no riding experience. The ride is field-based and there are no roads/road crossings.
We offer different rides to suit all levels of ability. Please read the individual terms and conditions and note the level of experience required – this is an important requirement to ensure that everyone has the best experience possible and that our riders are safe at all times.
