Drift through beautiful and ancient Rothiemurchus Pine forests, with stunning mountain views of the Cairngorms, surrounded by wildlife before running the fun natural water shoots and rapids. River fun for all the family, loved by young and old alike!

    CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change your booking or to cancel, we do require 24 hours notice in order for you to receive a full refund. It is very unlikely we will need to cancel your activity booking and if we do not offer an alternative in substitution, then we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to change your ‘activity type’ for reasons such as, but not limited to, unsuitable weather.

If the river levels rise quickly on the day of your scheduled session and it is unsafe, in our judgment, for river tubing we will automatically change to Canyon/Gorge.

Unfortunately, the weather changes in Scotland are often too last minute and unpredictable for us to give any notice of that change as the localised nature of rainfall in relation to river catchment areas is not something forecasts can accurately predict.

If we do change your activity, we will aim to ensure the substitution is of a similar level of excitement and fun. It is the experience we have to make those substitution calls that has kept us at the top of our industry for safety for more than 10 years.

We reserve the right to change your activity or venue for any reason and without giving notice and if people do then not wish to take part in the alternative activity or at the alternative venue offered, no refund will be given. Late arrival of clients: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your activity we reserve the right to not take you and not offer a refund, as you may otherwise affect other customers we have or our staff working hours / arrangements.
