Join one of our friendly and knowledgeable Rangers to feed the Red Deer hinds on our deer farm.

After meeting the Ranger at the Triangle Car park, you will follow them in your own vehicle to the deer farm. Once at the farm, you will continue the journey in your own vehicle and until you reach the main deer herd, who will be very keen to see you (especially as you will be helping to give them food!)

Please note – participants should wear suitable outdoor clothing, underfoot can be muddy so boots or stout shoes are recommended. Sorry no dogs – they frighten the deer!

PARTICIPANTS TO TAKE
Underfoot can be wet and muddy so boots are recommended along with outdoor clothing suitable for the weather.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
None required. Depending on the location of the deer there may be a maximum of 1 mile to walk within the farm.

TRANSPORT
You will be asked to follow the Rangers in your own vehicle to the Deer Farm.

MEETING POINT
Triangle Car Park (opposite Rothiemurchus Centre). Please arrive 10 minutes prior to session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change your booking or to cancel, we do require 24 hours notice in order for you to receive a full refund.

All Rothiemurchus Rangers complete an in-house training and development programme for all their activities. All Rangers have attended wildlife identification courses and other land management training courses.
