  • OUR RANGERS
  • Join one of our friendly and knowledgeable Rothiemurchus Rangers for a guided visit to our deer farm, where you’ll have the chance to get up close to and feed our red deer hinds.

Meet your Ranger at the Triangle Car Park before following them in your own vehicle to the deer farm. From there, you’ll continue by vehicle until you reach the main deer herd – and they’re usually very pleased to see you, particularly when there’s food involved!

Your Ranger will introduce you to the herd and tell you more about the red deer at Rothiemurchus, with plenty of opportunities to feed the deer and take photographs along the way.

Please note: This is an outdoor experience, so please dress for the weather. The ground can be muddy, and boots or sturdy outdoor shoes are recommended. Dogs are not permitted on this activity as they can frighten the deer.
