Ranger Led

Our Ranger Led Activities are a great way to discover more about Rothiemurchus, meet some of our animals and learn about farming and the landscape here at Rothiemurchus. Led by one of our friendly and knowledgeable Rothiemurchus Rangers, you can visit the farm to meet our Highland cattle, or Hairy Heilan Coos as we call them, or head to the deer farm for a close-up encounter with our magnificent red deer. Hand-feed the deer, take photographs and hear more from your Ranger about these impressive animals and life here at Rothiemurchus. These guided experiences are ideal for families, groups, couples and anyone looking for a memorable experience during a visit to the Cairngorms National Park.
